Three steps to a full calendar

1

Pick your territory

Your state, or your metro in Texas, California, New York and Florida. One broker per territory. We count the employers in your window and agree a meeting number before you pay.

2

We reach the decision makers

HR directors, VPs of People, CFOs and owners. Verified emails and LinkedIn, sent from our infrastructure, with your name on it. You approve every template.

3

Meetings land on your calendar

A qualified first meeting means a decision maker at an employer with 100 to 500 on the plan, renewal month confirmed, and held. No-shows are rebooked, not counted.

Held and counted. A no-show is rebooked, not counted.

This is what your prospects receive

Sent in your name, from our inboxes, to the HR director or CFO of an employer renewing in 90 to 150 days. Their carrier and renewal month are stated only when the reported figures are fresh enough to trust.

You approve every word before it sends. Replies come to you, we handle the back and forth, and a booked meeting lands on your calendar with a brief.

Three renewal prospects in your territory, within one business day

Named employers, reported carriers, the brokers who hold them. Then decide.

  1. 1Tell us your state, or your metro, and your agency name.
  2. 2We check availability and count the employers in your window, so the number is real before you pay anything.
  3. 3Three real groups land in your inbox from a person, usually within one business day.

No commitment. If the groups are not ones you would call, say so and that is the end of it.

I built Ninety Out because the information brokers need most, who renews when and with whom, has been sitting in reported figures for years while everyone bought stale lists.

We rebuild the list monthly, show the date every figure was reported, and drop a fact once it is too old to trust. The first thing you get from me is three real groups in your territory, free, so you can judge for yourself.

Questions brokers ask

Anything else, write to [email protected].

Where does the data come from?

Reported figures, refreshed monthly. Every row shows the date its figures were reported, and we name a carrier or a renewal month only while that report is fresh enough to trust. We do not scrape or guess.

Is my state available?

Maybe. We sell one broker per territory: a state, or a metro in Texas, California, New York and Florida. Ask, and we tell you straight.

Who sends the emails?

We do, from our own domains and inboxes, in your name and with your approval of every template. Your domain reputation is never touched.

What counts as a meeting?

A decision maker or direct influencer at an employer with 100 to 500 on the plan, renewal month confirmed, meeting held. Written into the contract.

What if I sell self-funded or level-funded?

The same employers are in the data. We can target fully insured groups for a self-funding pitch, or the reverse.

What does it cost?

Fees depend on your territory, because the number of employers in your window sets how many meetings are realistic. We count your territory first, then quote a pilot on the call. The three sample renewals are free either way.

Do I have to commit to anything to get the sample?

No. Three named groups, from a person, no follow-up sequence. If they are not groups you would call, say so and that is the end of it.

My territory is small. Does this still work?

We count before we quote. If your state does not have enough employers in the window to support a meeting target, we say so rather than sell you a pilot.

How fast can we start?

Renewal lists are ready today. Sending starts after your templates are approved and inboxes are warm, about three weeks. If your renewals are January, that means starting now.
